Set Menu Tooltip

editor.config.showMenuTooltips

The editor's menu tooltip can be configured via editor.config.showMenuTooltips.

editor.config.menuTooltipPosition

The upper or lower position can be displayed through the editor.config.menuTooltipPosition configuration.
